Booking your Appointment

Email and text notifications
Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive a text from Square Up letting you know your appointment has been accepted. Save this thread for future reference and to add to your colander. You will receive the same notification 12 hours before your appointment, this would be the time to confirm or cancel. You will receive an additional text 1 hours prior to your appointment if you have not confirmed.
Confirmations and Cancellations
Please confirm your appointment when you receive the text from Square Up. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guest, I require an 8 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel, reschedule, or no show your appointment with less than the 8 hour notice, a 50% rebooking fee will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
Location & Parking
You will find me at Salon Suites of Plainfield located at 24016 W. Main Street the largest cross streets are Rt. 126 and Rt. 59. You will see a parking lot in front of the salon. You will need to call me at (630)383-7106 to be let in to the building as our doors are locked 24/7. I will meet you at the front and escort you back to my suite.
Payment Options
Cash and card are both accepted for payments.

I always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not satisfied with the service, I ask that you contact me within 5 days of your appointment (This will allow me to promptly schedule a service adjustment, aligning with the original and agreed-upon consultation. Please note that changes of preference are not covered under this guarantee of service, and refunds are not applicable.) Adjustment free of charge.
